Material

  • Cauliflower - Flowers - 1
  • Potatoes - Approximately 350 grams
  • Tomatoes - 2 (150 grams)
  • Ginger - 1 to 1.5 inches
  • Green chili - 2
  • Green coriander - 2-3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • Oil - for frying and for making vegetables
  • Cumin - ½ teaspoon
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sabut garam masala - 2 large cardamom, ½ inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 8-10 black pepper
  • Coriander Powder - 1.5 teaspoons
  • Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Kasuri Fenugreek - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Tasty potato cabbage


Cut off the stem of cabbage and cut it into small pieces and wash them. Peel the potato and wash it and cut one potato into 6 pieces. Grind tomatoes, ginger and green chillies and paste them thoroughly. Cut ginger into long-thin thin pieces.

Now heat it by adding oil to the compartment. When the oil is hot, add potatoes until it becomes brown and brown. Now put the cauliflower in this oil until it becomes light brown. Now leave 2-3 tablespoons of oil in the embroidery and remove excess oil. Add cumin and asafetida to the oil and fry it. Then fry the chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chillies and cracked garam masala and kasoori fenugreek. Add tomatoes, ginger, green chilli paste and fry them with red chili powder, until the oil starts to float over the spices.

After frying the masala, add ½ cup of water, salt, garam masala and boil it. After boiling for some time, add fried cauliflower and green coriander and mix it and cover it on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Now you will see that potato cabbage vegetable is ready in your kitchen in the hotel style. Serve it and have fun.
